Remote loop-back test
Perform each command in the order listed. Start at system 'B', Step 1 and so on. Move to System 'A' to perform
step 4, and so on. This procedure assumes that PRI is used. Do not use LD 96 commands when testing a DTI.

Red and Yellow alarms
Red = Local, 'Right Here'
Yellow = Distant, 'Out Younder'
Alarms from cable faults
Red Alarm:- Receive pair open
- Receive and transmit pairs open
- Corrupted data on receive pair
Yellow Alarm:
- Transmit pair open
