Feature Key Guide
LD 11: Digital Stations
Telephone function key assignments determine calling options and features available to a telephone.
Some features are only allowed on specific keys, see M3900 Series Keys and/or 1120e Soft Keys for more info.
Some KEYs also require an associated CLS assignment to make the feature available to the user/telephone.
➤ A sets KEYs are printed/changed in LD 11 (or 20) as part of the stations TN block.
| Syntax: KEY xx aaa yyyy | Where: | xx = key number |
aaa = feature | ||
yyyy = parameter(s) |
The Primary Directory Number (PDN) is always on Key 0: single or multi-call, ringing or non-ringing.
eg: KEY 00 SCR 4300 0 MARP - SCR = Single Call Ringing key, 4300 = the sets DN, 0 = CLID table entry
➤ To change a KEY (in LD 11):
REQ: CHG Change... TYPE: aaaa Phone model, eg 3904, some models require specific key assignments TN l s c u Terminal number (loop, shelf, card, unit) ECHG YES Yes, lets do an "Easy Change" ITEM KEY xx aaa yyyy <key number> <feature> <parameter(s)>, see below...
Type xx NUL to remove or clear any feature already assigned to a key.
